March Pump’s industrial SP-TE-8P-MD is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 80 gallons per minute at 20 feet, and its maximum head is 86 Feet (37PSI). When the SP-TE-8P-MD is fully primed, it is capable of having a vertical suction lift of 11 feet in 120 seconds.

The SP-TE-8P-MD has pumped Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Ethylene Glycol, Formaldehyde, Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic), Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Hydroxide, Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda), Sodium Chloride, Sulfuric Acid, Fresh Water, Salt Water, DI Water, and many more chemicals. The SP-TE-8P-MD may have been modified to handle these chemicals. This pump may have to be modified to pump specific gravities, viscosities, or elevated temperatures different then ambient water. The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of Polypropylene, Viton, Carbon, Teflon and Ceramic. The inlet and outlet connection is 1-1/2 inch male pipe thread. There are performance differences between the hertz options. The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 70PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 180 Fahrenheit or 82 Celsius. The March SP-TE-8P-MD centrifugal magnetic drive pump is capable of handling mildly or highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents.
